James Hauswirth is an identity security executive, strategist, and U.S. Army veteran with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning cybersecurity, technology, and military service. Specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), non-human identity and emerging identity-security technologies, he has led and shaped programs designed to address complex security challenges at enterprise scale. James combines deep technical expertise with business and market strategy, helping organizations translate evolving identity risks into scalable capabilities, differentiated services, and long-term growth opportunities. He also serves as an advisor to emerging cybersecurity companies, working with founders and leadership teams on product strategy, market positioning, enterprise requirements, and the practical realities of securing modern environments. James brings an operator’s perspective to executive strategy—bridging engineering, consulting, product, and business leadership to influence how organizations approach the future of identity security. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management from Purdue University.
