Katy Vonk is a Senior Security Consultant at GuidePoint Security who began her career in the security industry in 2019. Before joining GuidePoint Security, Katy consulted and instructed for a Midwestern security services and cybersecurity training company. She delivered security assessments to various clients and assisted students with cybersecurity training challenges. Her primary focus is cloud and network penetration testing and red-teaming. In addition, she conducts wireless penetration testing, social engineering, and phishing assessments.

Katy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, an Associate of Arts and Science degree, her Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Red Team Professional (CRTP), and CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CRT) certifications.
