As a SVP at GuidePoint Security, Brian Frederick leads engagement with the US Federal market. With more than 25 years of experience in Federal technology, Brian brings deep expertise in leadership and delivering mission-critical solutions to government agencies.
Brian joined GuidePoint in 2023 as Vice President of US Federal Civilian Sales before being elevated to his current role in 2026. Prior to GuidePoint, he held progressive leadership positions at Nutanix and F5 Networks, sharpening his ability to scale complex sales organizations in highly regulated environments.
Brian launched his career at Intelligent Decisions and Brocade, where he developed a strong foundation in federal market as an individual contributor engaging all three branches of the Federal government. Brian holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
