Researchers at GuidePoint Security found in a report out this morning that the Conti leaks and the Russian invasion have done little to stymie ransomware gangs’ efforts, noting that the number of cases in 2022 is already growing “at a faster rate than last year.” The study comes as security analysts give conflicting assessments of how active these malicious hackers have been in the last few months.
